WORLDS IN CHOMUTOV, CZECHIA ARE OVER!

From June 22nd till June 25th we got new IDO WORLD DISCO DANCE champions. The IDO WORLD DISCO DANCE & DISCO FREESTYLE CHAMPIONSHIPS 2023 was held in Chomutov, Czechia organized by the Tanecní klub Beethoven D. C. z.s. - Eva Vlkova and IDO Czechia, with the amazing support of Lida Karlik Fistrova and the team. Over 1900 dancers from 18 countries were competing for the title of IDO WORLD CHAMPION, but there only could be one. As she wrote:

Dance Fever is over and it hits me hard. It was a mix of emotions and feelings - pride, excitement, responsibility, anticipation, fear and so much love!

People keep saying thank you to me, because I’m more in the spotlight here on social media, but it is Eva Vlkova, who is the mastermind behind all of this. Her management skills and experience, her courage to organize such a big event and mostly her ability to put together our team - teamwork is the key to success. Major! Team of people willing to do anything for the job well done - despite the exhaustion, sweat and headache we were determined to complete each task ideally with a smile on our face. Incredibly warm feedback from participants helped a lot. We just love this work, we love Dance Fever. The competition ran smoothly and the energy was amazing in the hall. We could all feel the team's amazing dedication after organizing the competition for some time now. I knew people loved it here for a long time. But this year after reading all the incredibly kind and nice messages I realized that we managed to create tradition and we really turn Dance Fever into an iconic IDO competition. People feel honoured to come and compete on this stage, to judge here, to work here with us. There is no better feeling for the organizer than this!

Thank you IDO - International Dance Organization for this amazing opportunity to organize this event, thank you dancers and trainers to come and compete at such a high level and thank you visitors and fans for creating the laudest and craziest atmosphere.
