Can IDO rules be changed?

The process of changing rules in IDO is a rather lengthily one and must follow due process: Initially, it must first be discussed and passed by the Belly Dance committee, under the direction of Bellabina. After passing committee, it must then be sent to the IDO Presidium for review, and if it passes that process, will be put on the agenda of the Annual General Meeting, to be voted on by the grand body.
