Bill’s answer: If you want to take part in IDO competitions you should contact Pierre Dib who is the President of IDO Lebanon. For every country there is an IDO President which needs to be contacted for information and enrollment to take part in IDO competitions.

Regarding your second question: The IDO does not give classes. It is an organization that grants titles to many dance disciplines, all of which can be found at the IDO web site.
